A2 Desi Cow Milk
Fresh, unprocessed A2 milk from our indigenous Gir, Sahiwal, Tharparkar, Bachaur and Punganur cows — hand-milked at dawn, glass-bottled, and at your door within six hours.
About this product
There is a reason your grandmother could drink milk every day and never feel heavy. That milk came from indigenous Indian breeds, and it carried only the A2 beta-casein protein — the kind our bodies were built for. Today most supermarket milk is A1 (from cross-bred Holstein-Friesian cows) or a mix. We keep only A2 cows, milk them by hand, never homogenise or ultra-pasteurise. Lightly heat-treated, glass-bottled, and shipped while still cool from the morning.

How it's made
Milking begins at 4:30 am, cow by cow, by hand. We collect into stainless-steel pails, strain through fine muslin, gently pasteurise at 63 °C for 30 minutes (low-temperature long-time, the dairy textbook gold standard), cool rapidly, and glass-bottle. The bottles leave the gaushala at 6 am sharp.
